Jake Sims & Co.
Jakes over 30 years of real estate experience covers the full range of activities. He started in 1975 as a salesperson for one of Americas largest real estate companies, and has achieved numerous awards for sales volume and service excellence. Jakes skills have allowed him to lead several sales teams to peak performance, and as a corporate officer, he was director of training for a nationwide real estate firm.
Jake Sims applies all his experience in a very down to earth way to make your home purchase or sale as smooth, effortless and stress-free as possible. He is known to his customers and colleagues as someone who makes things happen. Jake is greatly respected for keeping commitments, communicating with all who are involved and for his never failing concern that the outcome be in the best interest of all parties.
Born in Las Cruces, Jake balances his life with active participation with his extensive family here. He has served as an officer on the Board of Directors of the Multiple Listing and Information Service, was on the long range planning committee of the Las Cruces Board of Realtors and is a regular performer at that associations Annual Awards Banquet. A strong supporter of the Las Cruces Symphony, he was honored to be the guest conductor during the year 2000 Holiday presentation. He is also an active member of the Las Cruces Home Builders Assc. Jakes son, Paul, joined him in November of 2000. Paul is a former Customer Service Manager for a worldwide corporation and has already established a fine record of customer satisfaction since joining the company . Jakes daughter, Jennifer, works in television and film production in Los Angeles.
